Changes in the Universal tariff

The last shipment under this tariff for all countries except Russia will take place this coming Thursday. The tariff to Russia will continue to be available for ordering. From August 29, the rules for duty-free import of packages into the US are changing

Dear customers! (❗️Delivery and forwarding within the USA remain unchanged) Starting from August 29, 2025, the usual duty exemption (de minimis) for parcels sent from other countries to the USA is being canceled in the USA.Previously, goods worth up to $800 could be received without duties. Now any international parcel to the USA will be subject to fees — either according to the tariffs of the sender country, or fixed ($80–200 per item). What this means for you: If you order independently from foreign online stores (EU, Canada, Asia, etc.) to the Pochtoy.com warehouse, the duty will be charged upon import into the USA. Payment is made by the recipient(buyer). If you place an order through operators, payment of the tax may also be required at checkout. In this case, the client makes the payment. The exact tax amount can be found out after the goods arrive at the warehouse. Suspension of sending CDEK tariffs for a week

Dear customers! As we already reported at the beginning of the week, the situation with international logistics has noticeably worsened. Moscow airports periodically suspend operations due to threats related to unmanned aerial vehicles. This leads to delays and flight cancellations. As it became known today, Turkish Airlines is considering the possibility of moving some flights from Moscow to St. Petersburg. Our parcels in transit are still waiting in line for departure. And in connection with this, we are pausing new CDEK shipments until next Thursday, June 12. We have alternative routes, but we do not want to return batches already handed over for transportation from transit now, repack and reroute them via new routes. Moreover, additional restrictions may apply on other routes. And the entire process of return and repackaging may take more time than the pause we are taking. Dear customers. Please note that in recent weeks the situation with international logistics has noticeably worsened. Moscow airports are operating unstably, the number of international flights to Moscow is decreasing, and the load on the remaining ones is increasing sharply. As a result, queues of cargo are forming, comparable to the peak December season. If the batch containing your parcel has left our warehouse, this means that it has passed the first stage of the route, departed from the USA, is at a transit airport and is awaiting departure to the RF. After changes on the site, internal tracking is not working correctly. We are aware of the problem and the programmers are already working on solving it.
